What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday, Week 139

I wasn't going to join in with WOYWW this week as there really
isn't that much on my desk - but I decided to anyway
as I didn't want to miss out on the fun!!

All there is (apart from the ever growing pile of assorted
papers and books in the corner) are some ATCs I've been
experimenting with so I can join in with the swap
being hosted by Jenxo (click on pic below for details).

The little book of atc background techniques...

The technique I offered up was 'plastic wrap crinkle'
- you know, put some cling film over wet paint,
smoosh it about a bit and lift when dry.
Easy right?  Well, I thought it'd be, but I'm
not very pleased with my results so far - practice needed I think!

Well that's about it, there's not a lot else going on.
Here's another pic of the whole of my desk area.

If you want to see more desks - probably a lot more
productive than mine at the moment,
hop on over to
whose brainchild this idea is - and did you see her
blog featured in the current edition of Craft Stamper magazine?
Congratulations Julia - well deserved fame at last!

Thank YOU for looking!

Love your desk and all the organizational bins, drawers, and shelves. That's what mine would look like if I didn't have a big pile of paper in front of it!

Your workspace is fantastic! Looks like great light and you have everything to hand!
You asked about Smash books - they are just little journal type books to glue/stick in any sort of mementos and/or pictures and or whatever you like! Also known as Junk Journals. K&Co. had a big hit with making the journals and all sorts of accoutrements to go with them.
Happy WOYWW!
