My trip to Ally Pally last weekend inspired me to get crafting again -
well, that and those visits I keep making to Pintrest, I think I'm
addicted now even though when I first signed up to it I didn't
really understand just how useful it could be.
It was my niece Chloe's 14th birthday this week
and I had to make a special card for her
and this is what I come up with using one of the Prima
cling stamps called 'Priscilla' by Julie Nutting.
It was quite time consuming to make - lots of cutting out
of individual bits and lots of layering, but I enjoyed
every second of it - and Chloe loved it too, that's the main thing!!
Priscilla is attached to a large tag from
a Julie Nutting's Tag Pad by a brad, then
the tag was mounted onto a card.
I love the sassiness of Priscilla.
The other Prima Doll stamp I bought is
'Betty' who is much more demure and cutesy -
wonder how she'll turn out for me?
Speaking of Pintrest I saw a quote on there
the other day which I could so relate to ....
Oops!!
Thanks for stopping by :)

I bet she loved it, Sherry. A fabulous card.
P.S. I actually live quite near to Ally Pally - so it makes the temptation even harder to resist! Jx
Sherry ,
I love love this card. Chloe can't possibly be 14. Who stole all those yrs then !! I'm not surprised she loved this gorgeous pink card. Hugs Mrs A.
Perfect for a teen birthday, Sherry. The Julie Nutting dolls are very versatile - I bet you could combine two or more together and make them even more bespoke.
